According to the cp(1) manpage on macOS, the -r option is historic its
use is strongly discouraged.

05230b11d5 Don't check all libraries, use AS_IF. 
Configure was checking for ALSA even if --without-alsa provided.

Fix AC_ARG_WITH usage to be like the manual suggests:
